Shipping policy

 

Where is my order shipped from? All Europe orders placed through ismodeurope.com are dispatched from our strategically located warehouse facility within the EU (Netherlands). If you are located in the European Union, you will not have to worry about any customs clearance or additional VAT charges.

Delivery duration. Subject to us verifying that you are 18 or over and once we have accepted your order, we will dispatch your item(s) the same day you place your order, and aim to deliver within 1-3 working days for EU orders depending on your location and service you have chosen, provided your order is placed before 5:00pm Monday to Saturday. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched. Any orders received between Saturday after 5pm and Sunday, will be dispatched on Monday.

Any orders placed after the cut-off time for the respective shipping method will be shipped the next working day. For example if you place and order after 15:00 on Thursday, this will be shipped on Friday, or if you place an order after 15:00 on Friday, this will be shipped on Monday.

Order values over €35 will be entitled to FREE delivery (Depending on destination and service - this option if available will be visible at checkout)

  • Circumstances outside our control (such as weather conditions)
  • Delays due to COVID 19

Delivery options WORLDWIDE:

You will be able to check your shipping rates at checkout for your country. If your country is not listed, this means that we are not currently delivering to your country. Please contact us to check availability of shipping to this country.

All orders shipped worldwide will be zero rated for NL VAT (we deduct from your order the NL VAT of 20%), you will be possibly required to pay applicable VAT & duty charges upon delivery.

Delivery restrictions. We require a person over the age of 18 to sign for the delivery. Without this, we cannot complete the delivery and you may be refunded. Our customer service team will contact you to create a new order if delivery is not possible. Delivery timings may change. If your order is delayed, we’ll keep you updated with a new estimated time of arrival. If delivery is delayed by more than 7 working days, you may contact us to cancel the order and we will happily refund you any money paid.

Our products are only shipped to countries whereby these types of devices are allowed.

Covid Delays

Due to the greatly increased volumes of online orders and the increased COVID-19 restrictions in place, our delivery companies are experiencing a significant uptake of parcels. In addition to this some departments may experience staff shortages due to potential self-isolations and limited resources as a result of the socially distanced measures put in place to ensure the safety of staff. Despite their best efforts, some customers may experience slightly longer than expected delays than the usual expected service.
